DAVID SCHUMANN
David owned a salon in Boston for many years. He not only motivated his staff, he also was responsible for training many of the stylists who now work for top Boston salons. After he sold the salon, he continues to do training in many areas, including make up and perfuming. He recently started back to art school (he was in art school before becoming a hairdresser) and is doing a brilliant job. He also was involved in the Boston community by sponsoring winning teams for the AIDS walk. His love of life and family is a constant inspiration to me. His selfless service to employees and the community makes him my hero.
