In this unique, four part, On Site Training session our goal is to evolve your front desk team into a customer centered sales department. This is a five day training program that focuses on the people who focus on the customer.
Phase One: Secret Shopping
We secret shop your business on the first day. Use the information gathered to customize the next phase.
Phase Two: The Training
We spend one day training your front desk staff how to better serve the customer while driving sales.
Phase Three: Implementation
We spend the remaining time working alongside with your staff, helping them implement the ideas discussed in the training phase. Each evening we conduct a meeting at the end of the day, to celebrate what worked and correct what did not.
Phase Four: Coaching
Every LiveLoveBe On Site Training is accompanied with two months of follow-up phone coaching.
